Although it is not a party flat, you are welcome to invite friends over occasionally to socialize and celebrate important personal occasions.
At home, you will encounter music equipment, particularly vinyl decks and Pioneer turntables. This does not suggest that music will be played without taking your peace and quiet into account. It's mostly used on alone time or with headphones. Music will not be played loud until late or without considering the flatmate.
