I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share my beautiful 2-bed, new-build apartment in Hackney Wick, nested between Victoria Park, Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes so plenty of green space and sporting facilities.
Just a 15 minute walk from Stratford Station (serviced by multiple lines including the Elizabeth Line – just 20 mins into Central London!), the location is super convenient while still having a creative, local vibe.

About the flat:

Modern, bright apartment with a private roof garden for residents and a bike room for bike storage. The flat has all the sexy little things like electric blinds, hot/ sparkling water taps, wine cooler ( because why not) and a fab slow pour grind to cup Melitta coffee machine. I clearly love a kitchen gadget :)

This is a home that I have built to be a little sanctuary away from the daily grind of life.

Your room: a furnished double with direct balcony access and a TV

The balcony has seating/ table and a hammock in the summer months for afternoon snoozing.

You’ll have near-exclusive use of the second bathroom, as I have my own en-suite

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner

Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy shared living area

A bit about me:

I work in Private Equity & AI and mostly work from home. I’m sociable and enjoy Netflix, wine, and the occasional shared meal and good laughs and a bit of sarcasm thrown in.
That said, I travel a lot, splitting my time between London & Lisbon and Cape Town. I will be looking for an apartment in Portugal in January so my time will be weighted there. This gives any potential flatmates the opportunity to almost live alone but without paying the rent of a 1-bed apartment.

Looking for someone clean, easy-going, and respectful of the home cosy home I have created. Having lived here for 6 years everything still looks like new and I would like to keep it that way. I also have a lot of plants so if that is your vibe and you are keen and able to keep them alive, you are moved to the top of the list. If that sounds like a match, I’d love to hear from you!

I am currently travelling till early October so could do viewings from the 10th Oct.
