We’re in the process of selling our flat so are looking for tenants to move into the two double bedrooms in the short term whilst the sale goes through. If you like the room(s) we’ll kindly ask you to sign up to a month contract with 1 week notice period. If you’re interested please reach out!

The flat (two-bed with two bathrooms) has a balcony, comfy sofa, tv, spacious kitchen, and quite a lot more all included. It's a new build from 2019 so everything is new and loved. We’re looking for tenants who are house proud and tidy. I own the flat but have recently moved in with my partner (nearby).

Commute & Travel:
- The flat is a fifteen minute walk from Mile End tube station (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines)
- Devons Road DLR is also less than ten minutes walk away. The flat is walking distance from Canary Wharf
- There is a bus stop right outside takes you directly to Bethnal Green station.
- The building has secure bike storage too on the ground floor, so easy for cyclists.

The area: a couple mins walk from the canal and a beautiful bakery in Bartlett Park with a great running route around it. It's a short walk to Victoria Park, and all the pubs and restaurants in the area. There's a Nisa that's 1 minute walk away for necessities and a Lidl and Tesco 7 mins away for bigger shops.
