Cozy Double Room

We’re three friendly girls in our 30s looking for a new female housemate to join our lovely home in Limehouse for ideally long term. We all get along really well and have created a warm, laid-back vibe, it’s a nice place to come home to after a long day at work 🤗.

Our four-storey semi-detached house is in a quiet residential area, with a communal garden and private parking. The house is really well connected:
- about an 8-minute walk to the DLR
- ⁠15 minutes to Mile End station (Central, District & Hammersmith & City lines)
- ⁠The Elizabeth line is also nearby, which makes getting around super easy, great for commuting or exploring London!

There’s a Lidl and Tesco less than 8 minutes away on foot, and we’re close to Canary Wharf and Stratford for shopping and fun 😎.

The room is bright and cosy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, especially in the mornings. It’s on the first floor, opposite another flatmate’s room, so it’s generally nice and quiet. It comes fully furnished with plenty of storage, including an ottoman bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a spacious chest of drawers. The main bathroom is on the floor above and is shared with two others. There’s also a smaller bathroom in the basement, which is handy if needed.

Bills usually come to around £150-£160 a month, depending on the season, and that includes a weekly cleaner.

A little about us:
Hannah works in business advisory, Marisa’s an architect, and Elena is music teacher. This isn’t a party house, more like the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, but we do enjoy catching up over a cheese board and wine, or heading out for the occasional brunch or market stroll 😉.
