The room come with SMART TV, small double bed, wardrobe and dresser
The property has one bathroom with a toilet upstairs, and one toilet downstairs. The newly renovated bathroom has a high preassure shower system.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
The rooms have been on airbnb for 7+ years with excellent reviews and has been well maintained throughout.
Communal areas are cleaned daily.
House rules: No noise after 11pm (no TVs, no loud phone calls ect), No overnight guests, maximum one person per room. You must clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen, no messy toilet seats or hair in the sink!
References will be required.
