I have a big modern double bedroom to rent in a secure, modern development situated in the ever-popular Omega Works development in Hackney Wick/Bow for £850 per calendar month! It is available now until potentially March 2014.

Apartment: The apartment has been nicely decorated with a huge living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office space and lounge. The property is approximately 1000sqft in size, which is great for the price and essentially means we have enough space not to step on each other’s toes! The apartment has WI-FI throughout with Sky Television (with movies and sports!), so you are welcome to record/watch whatever TV you like. We have a nice big balcony overlooking the canal which has views to the Olympic Park and is also great for the evening sun (especially when the concerts are on in the park).

Room: The room is the equivalent size to the master bedroom and has a huge floor to ceiling window that lets in loads of light with views to Canary Wharf. It is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables (with drawers), mirror, two double wardrobes and still plenty more room for additions. You will have pretty much exclusive access to the main bathroom as we tend to use the en-suite in the other room. Although we do have friends round every now and again, so we would appreciate it being kept clean and tidy.

Me: I am a 27 year old consultant working in Fashion in central London. I am originally from Birmingham and have been living here for the last 3 years. At the moment my boyfriend is still living with me but he will be relocating overseas in October (for the time he is there we will of course lower the rent so all is fair!) He is a 31 yr old Urban Designer, also from Birmingham. Don't worry though, we really aren't the slushy type and he is a slave to his work so hardly ever around!

and you: I am ideally looking for a professional(s) about my age that is fairly conscientious and enjoy having a good time and socialising but respect other people's privacy. I am looking for the type of person I would want to socialise with not just flat share with! I will consider a couple as long as I feel we could all get on well but the rent will £1000 pcm.(again, less whilst Steve is still there)

Transport info: Hackney Wick Overground, DLR and major bus connections are all situated within a 5-10 min walk.
