The flat is large, light and well cared for, in a well-maintained building with a concierge during working hours and considerate neighbours. It’s a calm place to live, not a party flat.

You’re moments from the canal, with Hackney Wick, Roman Road, Victoria Park and the Olympic Park all within easy walking distance.

Getting around: walk to Hackney Wick for overground, bus or walk to pudding mill lane for links from Stratford (Lizzy line) or walk to central line from Mile End.

Council tax, water & broadband: ~£80 pcm
Electricity: £20-30 in summer. 40-80 in winter (depending on heater use).

Me:
A full-time creative professional, and I’ve lived around Hackney Wick for around 13 years. Mon-Fri im all about work and early nights, sat-sun might be out and about with my partner or squirrelling around home with hobbies etc.

I’m looking for:
Someone kind who is self-sufficient, considerate and keeps shared areas clean and tidy. Doesn’t work from home and gets out everyday. And strangely important but would like a morning person (now that I’m one) so there’s no late night or morning tiptoeing for either person. :)
