I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in June in our gorgeous flat next to Vicky Park! She is moving out as she is buying her own place!

The room ✨

A double room with its own bathroom in a two bed flat
On its own floor, with a workspace/desk area
Partially furnished (bed frame and chest of drawers)
Can come with a parking space if you'd like!
It's £1425 so pretty spicy rent but sadly the new normal for this location! And you do get en-suite etc etc 💸

Is gorgeous! Exposed brick mezzanine vibes with HUGE double windows
Large living area + kitchen
Nice lil terrace outside and literally right next to park (like 30 secs)
Really quiet as it's park facing not road facing

Me ✨
I'm a 31 year old Scottish gal, I've lived here for 3 years and love it (hence staying despite the extortionate rent)
I work for a charity and am out Tues, Wed and Thurs and wfh Mon and Fri
I like going to pub and markets, running, getting out of London occasionally for a lil hike or beach trip
I am pretty chilled, clean, and happy go lucky sort of gal!
