👋 About Us

You’ll be living with two friendly professionals:

Lucie (34) works as a massage therapist in Islington from Tuesday to Saturday. Outside of work she enjoys yoga, going to the gym, and making the most of London.

Nethmi (27) is an architect based in Old Street. She works from the office Tuesday to Thursday and from home on Monday and Friday. She enjoys swimming, travelling, and spending time with friends.

We’re both easy-going and independent, out at work most days, and enjoy coming home to a clean, peaceful space. While this isn’t a party flat, we’re always happy to have a chat in the evenings or share the living room.

We naturally share the cleaning and household chores and are looking for someone who’ll do the same.

We’re looking for someone who is:
● Tidy and considerate
● Respectful of shared spaces
● Looking for a calm, friendly home rather than a party house

We don’t host large gatherings, so we’d like someone with a similar lifestyle.

The flat is managed through a letting agency, so standard referencing will apply. Unfortunately, there is no parking available.
