Huge spacious maisonette in Omega Works in Hackney Wick. The room on offer is the master bedroom, pics attached, with it's own en suite. I have the smaller bedroom because I have the home office.

I'm a friendly but chill Interior Architect with a busy work like mon-fri. I do WFH but in the separate office space. I also travel sometimes and spend some time out with clients, suppliers and on site. Looking for an independent housemate who would be up for sharing the odd meal/watching a film on the projector etc,

We have a rear terrace overlooking the canal that can also be used as a smoking area.

Currently the walk to Hackney Wick is approx 10 mins, but they will re-open the other bridge once works are complete - so then it's a 5 min stroll.

Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park are a short walk away. Stratford is one stop away and a v convenient travel hub to all areas of London.

The vibrant, creative community in Hackney Wick is a really fun and interesting area to be in. Hackney Riviera is perfect in summer with a v buzzy atmosphere.
