Looking for flatmate near Victoria Park London!

Hey!!

My lovely flatmate is heading off travelling around early September, so I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over her room in our gorgeous 2-bed flat near Victoria Park 💛 (more recent photos of the flats rooms coming soon!)

The flat:
A recently renovated, fully furnished 2-bed with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. It’s super cozy and very much feels like a home (not just somewhere to sleep). Managed by estate agents, so everything is nice and straightforward.

Location perks:
• Bus stop literally outside the door (so easy for getting around)
• ~12 min walk to Mile End (Central, District & Hammersmith & City)
• ~15 min walk to Bethnal Green (Central line)
• Victoria Park on your doorstep for runs, walks, coffee & lazy Sundays 🌳

Bills:
Council tax + bills come to around £200/month

About me:
I’m 23 and work full-time. I love running (Victoria Park is my go-to), fashion, and anything pastry-related 🥐 I’m a mix of social and chilled, think East London wine bars as well as cozy nights in!!

Who I’m looking for:
A female young professional who’s friendly, easygoing and respectful. I’d really love someone who wants this to feel like a home, not just a place to stay!! so someone who’s up for the occasional catch-up, Olivia dean sing along, glass of wine or TV night, but also happy doing their own thing.

This probably suits skemone who’s had the random house share experience before and is now looking for something a bit more homely and friendly 🫶

It’s also really important to me that the flat stays clean and tidy, it’s a cozy space, so keeping it clean and cute makes all the difference ✨
