It is a spacious double bedroom, furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, with plenty of natural light.
The flat is set across two floors in a secure building, the ground floor has an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning room, and a downstairs toilet.

The 1st floor has three bedrooms, one I am in, one is currently empty and the one I am looking to rent out (under this ad). There is a shared bathroom, but as I have an ensuite it will primarily be your bathroom, although I do use it from time to time.
The Large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen are for shared use.
All bills included including wifi.

I’m a 38‑year‑old professional, working full‑time, easy‑going, clean, and respectful. I live here with my small Westie — he’s friendly, chilled, and mostly interested in naps and snacks.
