Hi everyone,
I am renting out the double room as my lovely flatmate is moving back to Spain. It's a three bed, two bath flat with a balcony. Location is 5 minutes from Victoria Park, 2 minutes from Roman Road Market and 10 minutes from Mile End (central, district, hammersmith lines).
The double room leads straight onto the balcony. It's £950 pcm all bills included and comes furnished. Move in date is 1st August.
It'll be me (f, 30) and my other flatmate Jordan (m, 32) living in the flat. We are both working in the creative industries and enjoy having a chat in the living room but also happy to let each other live our busy lives 😊
