Comfortable room with river views

I am looking for a friendly, clean and a bit funny but also serious flatmate for a comfortable room in my 3-bedroom flat in Hackney Wick. There are two bathrooms, one of which will be for the exclusive use of my new flatmate. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two balconies, one in front of the large living room, the other by my bedroom. Cycles can be stored safely in the basement

The flat is in a fairly new building, right on the river Lea with its many houseboats, birds and green spaces beyond. Stratford and Hackney Wick stations are well within walking distance.

As for myself: I am "retired" but very active, reading, drawing, sculpting and socialising; as a new flatmate, I'd welcome someone ready to share a laugh, an occasional onversation and a cup of coffee.
