Lovely double rooms available in a top floor flat about 4 mins walk to pavillion cafe by the lake victoria park, also good for students and staff from queen mary University. You can walk along the canal across the road a scenic walk to the uni. It has excellent transport links generally with both Bethnal green and mile end tubes about 8 mins walk or jump on one of the buses downstairs. The bus routes supplied for example also run to brick Lane 6 mins, bank 12 mins (no 8 across the road) or dalston / canary wharf (277) or take the 425 to westfield with the shopping and olympic village with the olympic swimming pool. Alternatively you can grab a bike and cycle the canal to Westfield. In addition its a short walk to either the lauristan village or roman Road to the shops and various cafes and restaurants. Its a very good spot with everything handy.

Its for people who want a peaceful place to come home relax after work or to study in peace. Very nice decor clean .

The kitchen and hallway are currently being freshly painted. The bathroom is very modern walk in wet room kept hygenic.
The kitchen has a new washing machine and a new condenser clothes dryer .new table and benches. Cooker and boiler. Gas central heating. Bills included except for council tax. Place kept warm and cosy in winter. Good heating system and underfloor heating in the bathroom. 1stcroom is ready, 2nd will be redecorated this week similar white but larger. Both have 6ft wide windows overlooking green where there is a free outdoor gym and basketball court. The views lovely gets the sun all day and sunsets but currently there is scaffolding in situ as the roof drain is about to be cleaned then the scaffolding will be removed. Maybe gone in 14 days. No moody people . Shys OK. Friendly peaceful safe vibe. More photos to come. This place normally goes fast.
