Large Furnished Double Room with Private Garden +

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our house near Victoria Park as I’m planning to leave the UK.

The room is the largest bedroom in the house, located on the ground floor, and has its own private garden with direct access from the room. The garden is exclusively for this room and is not shared with the other housemates.

It’s a really spacious room with plenty of space for a double bed, large wardrobe, desk/workspace, storage and a seating area without it feeling crowded. There is also a separate private storage room, which is great for suitcases, boxes, seasonal clothes, bikes or anything else you don’t want to keep in the bedroom.

The room comes mostly furnished and almost all of the furniture shown in the photos will stay. I’ll mainly be taking my personal belongings and my desk chair. The private garden is also fully set up, and all the outdoor furniture shown in the photos will stay as well, including the seating, tables, dining set, parasol and garden lighting.

Rent: £1,100 pcm + bills.

The location is great — around 3 minutes’ walk from Victoria Park, with Hackney Wick, Mile End and Bow Road all around 20 minutes’ walk away. Stratford and the Olympic Park are also very easy to reach.

We have a really good relationship with the landlord — he’s responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with.

The exact move-in date can be discussed as my departure date is still slightly flexible. I’m happy to arrange viewings and send any additional photos or videos.
