We have just recently refurbished the bathroom and the kitchen in our cozy and sunny split level two bedroom flat.
The flat is located just a few steps from Victoria Park.

Until now the flat was rented as a flat share to two couples, but we’re open to any arrangement. So please feel free to contact us if you’re interested in the whole flat or just one room, as a couple, as individual or as 2 couples.

The room is available from the 1st of September, happy to discuss later move in dates.

This will suit a couple or an individual who are looking for a quiet and clean home to share.

Our spacious and furnished flat with fully equipped kitchen has wooden floors throughout, and is in a good and clean state.

Bathroom and kitchen, balcony door and window, kitchen fire door and a few other things were just renovated and newly done a few months ago.

It’s situated in an up and coming part of the East End, off Roman Road, just a few minutes walk from Victoria Park, close to Bethnal Green, Hackney, Shoreditch as well as Mile End and Canary Wharf.

Victoria Park is literally 3 minutes away, so really good for running or just a coffee in the park.
Good transport links (and night bus 2 mins from the house) also to the City/Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf, Islington.

The double room has stunning views of Canary Wharf and onto a nice green area.

From the shared living room you've got access to a big balcony, facing south, ideal for a bit of sunbathing or a glass of wine in the summer evenings. There are chairs, sunscreen and a barbecue available.

The flat is sunny and bright throughout.
The monthly rent per room inclusive of all bills is £1400, even including broadband.

Both rooms will become available on the 20th of August and 1st of September, so do contact us if you’re interested in the whole flat or just one room as a flats fare.

The flat is ideal for 1 couple, 2 couples (or a couple and an individual) as it's split over 2 floors and has a spacious shared living room with a big balcony. There is also a big table in the kitchen, so lots of space throughout.

The flat is off Roman Road in a very quiet spot with views of Canary wharf and a 5min walk to Victoria Park. There are cafés, restaurants, an Iceland, Tesco and library in walking distance.
