Double Room with Private Bathroom & Lounge

Hi!

We're looking for a friendly and considerate new flatmate to join our home. You'll be sharing the flat with me, my girlfriend, and our very affectionate cat, so being a cat lover is a must!

Due to work and travel commitments abroad, there will often be periods when only one of us is staying in the flat, making the flat feel especially spacious and relaxed.

The room is a bright and generously sized double bedroom with the added benefit of having your own private bathroom, which is not shared with other flatmates.

One of the best features of the flat is the amount of space on offer. In addition to your bedroom and private bathroom, you'll have access to a separate shared living room and a large balcony. These are increasingly rare features in London flatshares and provide plenty of room to relax, work from home, or enjoy some fresh air.

The flat is ideally located:

- 10-minute walk to Mile End and Bow Underground stations
- Around 25 minutes' walk to Canary Wharf
- Central Line connections to the City in approximately 15–20 minutes

You'll also be within easy walking distance of Mile End Park and Victoria Park.

All bills are included in the rent:

We're looking for someone who will enjoy being part of a friendly, easy-going household and who doesn't mind sharing their home with a lovely cat.
