I am David and my double bedroom is available. I live in a modern townhouse located in a quiet street, it has a spacious roof terrace ideal for BBQS and drinks. The house is decorated to high standards, with new carpets upstairs and wooden floors downstairs.

The room has a comfortable double bed, a nice tv, good wardrobe space and shelves, a chest of drawers and space if you want to add a desk.
I am a friendly guy, I get on very well with people, I like cycling, gym, yoga, running, going out, cooking.
I am looking fir a trustworthy and clean flatmate.
The house is just one minute walk from the station, next door to a big tesco, the gym which is right opposite the house offers great classes. The area is very safe, neighbours are very friendly, and you are in Oxford Circus in less than 30 min, 18min to Liverpool Street.

You will have a great choice of coffee shops, restaurants, a wine bar, a cocktail bar, pharmacy And much more right next to the house.
We have access to a safe bike hangar too.
