A bright and spacious double room, in the loft level. Quiet and private with full use of: a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and large double lounge. The home also has a 90ft garden with seating areas.

I am an interior designer and I live here, with my 9 year old daughter (who spends 50% of her time here), my cat Ace, and I have 2 male lodgers who are here Monday to Friday (they work nights, so you won't actually see them very often, if at all!)

The room would suit a professional or a student. We are 12 minutes walk from the lovely Highams Park, and 3 minutes from a bus stop - with busses to Walthamstow.

The room comes with a King size bed, a wall of fitted wardrobes, fitted shelves in the alcove, bedside locker and chair. A desk and chair can be provided also, if required.

Kitchen: Generous cabinet and fridge storage, 2 ovens, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, food processor, mixer, smoothie maker etc.
