We have a room with a private bathroom available in a modern, very clean, and relaxed flat located in E4 8EB, around 20–25 minutes walking distance from Walthamstow Central station.
We are a respectful and easygoing family (a couple with our 8-year-old daughter), non-smokers, and we live a calm lifestyle with no parties or drinking. We are looking for someone who appreciates a clean, comfortable, and respectful home environment where privacy and personal space are valued.
The flat is well maintained, modern, and quiet. We also have a lovely Scottish Fold cat 🐱, but the home is kept spotless, with no cat smell, and the cat has no access to the rented room.
Occasionally, we travel, and during those times my aunt stays in the flat to look after the home and the cat.
Rent: £1500 per month (all bills included)
Deposit: £500 (will be returned at the end of the tenancy).
