The flat is on the 2nd floor of a character building with high ceilings and large windows.

The kitchen's decent size and awfully cute and serves as our socialising space.

Good transport connections and great shops at your doorstep. Tesco is 2 mins away and Sainsburys 6 mins away, 24 hrs off licences across the street as well as Yard Sale Pizza (best pizza in East London), fine wine shop, Hai Cafe for the best Vietnamese in town, Hackney Pages bookshop, Lion coffee & records for the music lovers, plenty of brilliant pubs and cafes for brunch.

Walking distance to Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Homerton station. Just a short cycle from London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Shoreditch.

You'd be sharing with one guy who works as a documentary film producer and a girl who is a film director.

We can consider shorter or longer stay for the right person. The room is £520 excluding bills. Deposit is £520 and the first month's payment in advance is required. The room is available from the 1st July to the 15th September.
