Neighborhood:

Absolute dream! 5mn walk from Hackney Marshes, Lea river canals, woods and natural reserve. Down the street from Lower Clatpon, we're perpendicular from Chatsworth road with Sunday market, plenty of bakeries, dining spots, bars and shops. Area teems with green parks and vibrant outing spots. Also 10mm walk from Homerton and Clapton stations, plus several bus lines.

Home:

It overlooks Millfields park and has a peaceful garden terrace overarched by a rose tree at the back. A lovely rustic bathroom with a bathtub. A cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and a reading nook. Double reception room and large dining table ideal to receive friends for meals. Wood floors throughout and a basement.

Bedroom:

Bright and facing the park. Twice as large as shown (uploads limited - can send in private). Besides the bed there’s a large chest of drawers, a clothes railing and plenty more room to add a desk or else. A spare desk on the landing is available to share and more personal storage, extra large wardrobe on landing and some oversized drawers downstairs.

Housemate:

French/English, she/her, late thirties. Used to live with women, men and non-binary. I've just wrapped up a master in psychoanalytic studies, I'm also a professional masseuse (out, I don't receive clients at home) but I'm winding down and spend a lot of time writing. I'm very active. Too many hobbies to be listed here, but main ones are art and literature related so exhibitions, shows, talks, films + gigs and the occasional rave. I'm an outgoing introvert content of my equilibrium between socialising and enjoying my own company. I keep healthy, eat welll and exercise as part of my routine but I'm a 'bon-vivant' and also like to indulge. Friends describe me as genuine. caring and optimistic. I'm of a calm nature and pretty laid back but that goes with feeling I'm with folks showing values and standards towards themselves and others. Kindness and ability to communicate are essential but all eventually comes down to energy.

I’ve been in awe of this house since the day I first entered it, and as everyone seems to be! Photos are nice but don’t even pay it justice. It’s not only gorgeous, it feels very special and sanctuary-like. The neighbourhood is also incredible, both rich in greenery and socially vibrant.

Open to couples but only for short term (+£250).
Starting as a sublet (with written sublet agreement for security, inc. minimum term, adjustable notice period and deposit - all terms discussed prior) and possibility to get on the contract if we gel well.

Move-in last week october, possibly flexible.
