I’m subletting my self-contained studio in Homerton from 4 May – 22 May (fixed dates).

It’s a quiet, private space that’s perfect if you want your own place without sharing.

It’s a simple, clean space, I’ve kept it minimal and clutter-free, so it feels calm and easy to live in.

Well connected with buses: 55, 38, 26
Lots of cafes, parks, and shops nearby

Other details:

No WiFi (you’d need to hotspot)
Ideal for someone independent who just needs a base in London for a few weeks
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing

Price:
£925 total for the full stay (all bills included)
£300 refundable deposit – returned after check-out, subject to no damage, excessive cleaning,
