Large lower-ground-level room available in Hackney

Large lower-ground-level room available in Hackney flatshare from 28th September.

The flat is between Rectory Road and Clapton overground stations.

We have one full bathroom, one WC, a kitchen, living room, garden and there is street parking (permit needed).

Bills are not included in the rent and do fluctuate over the year, but are typically not over £100.

The room currently has a small double bedframe and wardrobe which will stay, but the landlord is also very easy-going and would be open to removing these – or we can contact him to see if there's a possibility of supplying further furniture.

The flat has 4 occupants, all female, plus a small dog! The 3 of us that will be staying all work in fashion and are in our late 20s and early 30s. We get along well but also maintain separate lives, keeping the flat as a home-y, safe space to relax in after our busy days.

We ideally would like another female professional to join us, someone who also respects the space and just wants to feel comfortable at home, but that would also like the idea of sitting together every so often for dinner or to enjoy a film in the living space.

We welcome guests but typically notify one another before, and we're very much not a party flat! Whilst we enjoy a drink we keep this to local pubs or clubs.

We hope to do viewings on the evening of the 14th, so would be ideal if anyone interested could be available then.
