Sublet in Hackney

Hi there, I'm out of town for a month between end of July and end of August and am looking to sublet my small but comfortable room for four weeks (or 3 weeks for 325). I won't even start telling you amazing the house, flatmates and location is - so, yeah, the room's small but has all you need: a fabulous big window, a mezzanine bed with a double mattress and linen if you want it, a desk and storage space. Of course all of my stuff will have moved to the attic for the time you're here. And the rent's a bargain!

It's a sublet in a really cool but caring houseshare. We've sublet in the past, and I know my flatmates to be delightfully open and helpful. We occasionally get together for a beer in the park or a barbecue, and take an interest in each others' day-to-day. It's a special house with really good vibes, so any subletter should at least be prepared to respect them - if not join in on them! The cleaning rota is non-negotiable, though, but that comes down to cleaning kitchen or bathroom once / twice a month.
