This is an extremely big room(22sqm excluding ensuite) with sofa, desk and enormous wardrobe, with private en suite shower room.

Cat owners welcome. One of the other tenants has a cat. There is a microchip operated cat flap which leads from the room to the cat safe back garden.

To share house with two quiet and clean professionals - one male and one female. There is a cleaning rota.

Well equipped kitchen with two large fridges, washing machine and tumble dryer and with dining table.

All bills included apart from a one third share of gas and electricity (on prepayment meters).

15-20 minute walk to Upton Park tube station. The 104 and 376 bus stop is very close to the house, with frequent buses to the station.
