Clean house with 1 person to share with

We are a couple living in an apartment and looking to rent out one room to a working professional. My wife works as a live-in caregiver and returns home for one week after 4/5 weeks. so for most of the month, only I will be at home with whoever joins us. In the future, her job routine may change.
The location is highly convenient: Tesco is nearby, and the bus stop (routes 104, 58, and 115) is just a 2 to 3-minute walk away. East Ham High Street is a 10-minute walk, and the station is a 12 to 13-minute walk. Property Post code is E6 6DR. bkfg. Rent is 160£ a week and 2 week deposit. I am muslim so prefer someone who dnt drink or cook pork at home. Thanks
