Two additional en‑suite bedrooms, meaning bathroom availability is never an issue

The house benefits from fast wireless internet and a megaflow boiler, providing reliable hot water 24/7.
The room is light and generously sized, and comes fully furnished with:

You would be sharing the home with a friendly, professional family. My husband and I both work full time, and we have a respectful and responsible child. We enjoy an active lifestyle, including martial arts training and competitions, and we also love travelling.
We are looking for a female professional who will feel comfortable treating the house as a home. This preference is simply because we live here as a family with our daughter, and this arrangement works best for us.
We value privacy and mutual respect. You are welcome to have visitors—just kindly let us know in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets, as our daughter has a severe allergy to animals.
