This property is located between two train stations, East Ham and Beckton-DLR. There is also an excellent local bus service.

There are lots of green spaces nearby, this includes two parks, one at the top of the road, and a local Nature Reserve.

There are lots of shops and shopping parks nearby, like Beckton Triangle, London Industrial Park and Gallions Reach, which is a short bus ride away.

There are a number of supermakets nearby including ASDA, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's with a Tesco Express at the end of the road.

There are good road links to home counties, Central London & Docklands, which is 15 minutes away via A13 and via the DLR.

City Airport and UEL Campus are only a bus ride away, so this would be ideal for a student.

You will be sharing with a live in landlord, with one other person. As the room is for a single occupant, there is no overcrowding, so including yourself, there will only ever be a maximum of three (3) people in the household, which means there's a quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere.

I am looking for somebody who is non-smoking, preferably vegetarian honest, reliable and clean and tidy.
