We are a working professional Asian couple & are wanting to let out our spare room with like minded professionals. We would prefer house mates who are clean & tidy and are more alike to us so any cultural differences won't be a barrier in co-living/sharing the house.

There is a good well maintained garden for soaking the sun in summer or spring.
Central park is about 7 min walk if you are tennis / running or walking ethusiatic.
Library is about 10 min walk & so is the swimming pool.

Tube stations are 7min walk Upton Park that takes you to the city & Canning town station is 20 min to the city for those working in Canary Wharf area. Queens Market comes to life over the weekend for any shopping. 104 bus stops 3 min away from the house.
Grocery shopping there is tesco express, there are many restaurants serving both asian, continental food , Boelyn pub closer too.
No Alcohol within the premises & no overnight guests.
