Bright Double Room in a Friendly 3-Bedroom Home

Two spacious double rooms are now available in a 3-bedroom house, located 10 minutes by bus from either Forest Gate, Leyton, or Stratford. 25 minutes to Liverpool street station. I’m looking for someone who wants a home, not just a room, and who values a calm, respectful, and easy-going shared living space. Previous lodgers stayed for over a year, which says a lot about the atmosphere here. I have my own bathroom, so you’ll only be sharing the other bathroom with one person.

The home has all the usual comforts, including:
Central heating – High-speed broadband – Fully equipped kitchen – Shared bathroom (with only one other person) – Living room with a large smart TV – Conservatory with a multi-gym – Small garden, perfect for summer get-togethers.

House rules are simple and relaxed: no smoking indoors, no shoes inside, and a “clean as you go” approach. Proper cleaning is done on a rotating weekly basis, so aside from day-to-day tidying, you’ll only need to clean shared areas once every three weeks. Why not a cleaner? I’ve found that when someone spends time and effort cleaning something, they tend to keep it clean for longer. If everyone puts in a bit of effort, the home naturally stays clean, and keeping on top of things makes it quick and easy.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going and fun, or so my friends say. I WFH but also travel internationally quite a lot for work. I like rules and believe they are important, but flexibility in life is essential too, things can be bent on occasion as long as there’s respect and common sense. I’m definitely not a hard-liner.
