Looking for another lodger to rent out a room at my place. The house has been finished and decorated to a very high standard and so I'm looking for someone who is a likeminded professional and is respectful of the space.
The bedroom is a beautiful south facing double room on 2nd floor of house with spacious ensuite bathroom. Furniture includes Double Ottoman Bed, 2 Side Tables, Sliding wardrobe and Chest of drawers. The room has central heating and AC. Can provide desk and chair.
The house is 10-15 mins from Stratford Station which makes it an easy commute to Canary Wharf, the City and central London. It is also just a short walk to the Elizabeth line (Maryland station - 10mins) taking you all the way to Heathrow via Liverpool Street and central London. There is also a gym and swimming pool next door as well as easy access to Sainsbury's and Tesco's 100m away, Westfields shopping centre and the Olympic park, Olympic pool and sports centres.
