Hi! The room on offer is a well lit spacious double and walking distance to LCF, UEL, and UCL. It overlooks our garden, and the area is very peaceful. We are all friends, however the Masters student will be moving out as his course has finished so we need a tenant to move in from July. Preferably for the full year, but we don’t mind a short term tenant for 2 - 3 Months. This would be perfect if you are currently studying in London or are doing a Summer course at UAL!! We also are a 20 minute walk from Stratford station and 15 minute walk from Forest Gate station.
