No lift access, and the flat on the 2nd floor, by staircase. Non-smoking household. Our vibe is relaxed, creative and fun. We like quiet time but also to eat/cook with our flatmate too.

Forest Gate has a thriving queer community and we are tucked away from the main road. Wanstead flats and park is about 15mins walk away which is great. Good coffee shops and places to eat nearby as well as a Lidl, Tesco and Co-op all 5mins walk away.

Deposit of £500 required. This is a lodgers agreement.
