Large Single room Forest Gate / Stratford

Hi

I have available a Large Single room for single occupancy only.

I recommend you view this room to fully appreciate the size,

Recently decorated.

The room comes fully furnished. It has a single size bed, mattress, desk, chair, bedside table and wardrobe.

The house is a large Townhouse and has 3 bathrooms across three floors (so there is always a bathroom available when needed), large kitchen, more than enough space for all tenants and good size garden.

Cleaner attends fortnightly to maintain communal areas.

It is a quiet, respectful and calm house. You will be sharing with Six professional males, aged between 23 and 40, from Italian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian and Polish backgrounds.

Looking for a non-smoker, professional house mate.

The house is located a short walk to Upton Park Station and 15mins bus ride to Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre, so very close to the Central &Jubilee lines, Overground and DLR.

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to hearing from you.
