**I'm a naturist/nudist at home (mainly in the morning and other occasional times) so my place is best suited to mature and open minded people. Can you let me know you are okay with this when you contact me.**

I'm renting out the bedroom in my one bed flat. It's a very large room with a king size bed and enough space for TV and couch. I will be using the lounge as my bedroom which we share during the day but private at night time. Hence the low rent. You will also have full use of the kitchen. We will share an unusually large bathroom.

The flat has very fast broadband and you are free to use my Sat TV, cinema projector, Netflix, Sonos sound system .. basically what's mine is yours.

I tend to go to bed early as I'm a morning person. It's a peaceful home and I'm a peaceful person. I enjoy meeting new people. I love getting away and tend to travel a bit. I've been sharing the flat for 5 years with some great people. Non smoker and social drinker.

My girlfriend occasionally stays & I also host naturist couchsurfers from around the world, so you need be okay with other people staying as well.

It's a really great flat and has been well maintained by the landlord and myself. It is on the top floor of a period conversion and all other people in the building are quiet and respectful. Its very quiet at night and I always get a good night's sleep. The whole flat is bright and airy.

It is located on the border of Forest Gate and Stratford. Both are full with great bars, restaurants, cafes, Crossfit, yogo classes, libraries, shops, supermarkets. The largest shopping centre in Europe and London Stadium are only 20 minutes away. Everything you need is close by.

The flat is surrounded by large parks. West Ham Park & Wanstead Flats. Both are excellent for running, walking, doing whatever you want.

A brand new leisure centre with swimming pool is 1 minute walk from the flat.

Getting around is very easy. Maryland station for the Elizabeth Line is 15 minutes walk away.
