Hi guys

We're Nicki (34/Life Coach/German) & Molly (31/Yoga Teacher/UK) and Karl (29/Sustainability Start Up/USA) and we're looking for a new roomate to join our lovely & homely Haggerston flatshare!

ABOUT US

Molly & I are a couple (since 4 years), so you must be cool with that ;-) And Karl moved in with us at the start of 2020 and has been a wonderful addition. Our other current awesome housemate Lee is moving in with his girlfriend from Feb so we are looking for a new lovely person to replace him!

LOCKDOWN

Despite the challenges of the lock-down we have been really enjoying our time working at home together - we all work part-time in our rooms (and do our meetings there to avoid disturbing others) and part time use the living room as a bright and inviting co-working space with canal views!

We can spontaneously decide to all contribute a dish to a joint meal that evening, and the rest of the time happily live, eat and work to our individual schedules - but given lock-down more often than not sit at the table together and enjoy some great and thought-provoking conversations with our food!

We'd love to have someone join us who is comfortable with a similar mix of independence and friendly sociability, respecting and accommodating each other's space and needs during this unusual time!

All three of us are tidy, respectful and easy to get along and live with :-)

(it should be noted that Molly and I are planning to move out of London in the next few months and will be looking for a new, equally nice housemate for our room then)

ABOUT THE FLAT & AREA

Our cozy 3 bedroom flat is located in Haggerston, directly on the canal, on the 4th (top floor), with south-facing balcony overlooking the canal and city skyline.

For when life goes back to normal: it's just a 1-2 minutes walk to Haggerston Overground station & to buses into the City & Central London (149, 242, 243 inc. night buses). We also have Barclay bikes directly outside our flat if you like cycling but don't have your own bike.

There's a brewery, a yoga studio, and a few restaurants just outside our doorstep around the corner from our building (super fun), and a small Tesco and multiple corner shops on Kingsland Road a 1-2 minute walk away (super convenient).

Our location is walking distance (along the canal in two directions) to some other fun areas nearby: London Fields (10 min), Angel (15 min), Dalston (10 min), Shoreditch (10 min).

The flat has an open-plan kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave) & living room (with TV, Netflix, Prime) and balcony overlooking canal and city skyline - it's an AWESOME view!

The flat is bright, modern, lovingly decorated, furnished to a high standard, looked after with care and has a cozy feel to it - everyone who walks feels right at home!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are tidy, fun, and very considerate housemates, looking for 1 new flatmate. I've lived in this flat with housemates from all over the world over the years, so very open minded as to who you should be :-)

A few preferences: someone in full-time employment, mature, clean & TIDY (a must!!!), kind, considerate, and fun & easy to be around.
