A gorgeous split level 80 squared meter corner house minutes from Haggerston station on a quiet residential street, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and an office. This is a personal home available for rent while the couple (friends of mine) who owns it goes traveling from April 6th until the end of July. All bills included EXCEPT electricity. Minimum period of 60 nights, preference given to those who can move in as close to February 28th as possible. For ease the nightly rate is £135.

It is fully furnished and ready to move in, just bring your luggage. Includes bedding, towels, plates, cookware, and everything a standard home would have. As such, there are a few personal affects which will remain, but you will have plenty of space to unpack.

The open plan living area & kitchen is bright spacious, with a skylight and many modern North American style amenities like a garburator, full sized dishwasher, and XL fridge/freezer. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Everything is top of the line, gorgeous, and modern. It backs out onto a small outdoor courtyard area.

We are really looking for someone who will respect and appreciate the house, and who prefers to socialise in London's incredible hospitality scene rather than those who prefer to entertain at home.
