Looking for someone to take over my en-suite double room in a 3-bed 2-bath flat in Haggerston! I’ve been living in the flat for the last two years and it has been such a dream.

room details:
💰£1283 per month
🛁 en-suite bathroom
💡utilities, council tax, wifi, bi-weekly cleaner work out to be around £110-130 monthly

📆 available from 1 November but potentially some flexibility to move earlier

☀️ west facing so lots of afternoon light!

🛏️ furnished - king bed (with built in storage) and mattress, double dresser, wardrobe and desk included with room

key details:

- private building in E8 right on the canal, 5 min walk to Haggerston overground as well as heaps of buses into Liverpool St/London Bridge. The building also has plenty of bike storage.
- fully furnished, well kept, third floor apartment with large living room, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer (!!!) and a balcony.
- good with hybrid work arrangements but preference is for a couple of days in office
- you’ll be living with two Brits (one guy and one girl) in their early 30s. The flat is in such a good spot, walking distance from Broadway Market/London Fields/Victoria Park via the canal and close to all the best spots Dalston and De Beauvoir Town can offer!
