Creative One-Bed Flat in East London – Short Stay Only, 15–27 December

I’ll be travelling during this period and I’m looking for someone who needs temporary accommodation in a cool East London neighbourhood from 15 to 27 December (I can be flexible by a day or two).

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. It’s full of colour and personality, and fully equipped with all the modern appliances you’d expect, including a dishwasher, washing machine, cooking essentials and cleaning supplies, so you can settle in comfortably from day one. There’s also a back garden if you’d like to smoke.

£650 for the full stay (12 nights), all bills included. The only exception is heating if usage is excessive. I have a smart meter, so we can calculate it together.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible person who LIKES CATS! You’ll be taking care of the flat and Winston, the coolest and chillest outdoor cat. He spends most of his time outside when the weather is good, so all you need to do is feed him twice a day (when you get up and when you’re home, totally flexible) and give him some cuddles.

You’re welcome to have guests during your stay, but I ask that you’re considerate of the neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level.
