Double room in converted factory - couples welcome

We are on the hunt for a lovely person/people to fill a double room in our converted factory in London Fields on a long term basis. It's a gorgeous space with lots of room and light just over the road from Broadway market and a quick walk to Victoria Park. The room is available from 18th October.

About living here
We've been in the place for 4 years and we love it. We're after housemates who are keen to make a house a home and get involved - it's a great spot for sharing meals or a glass of wine. We get on really well with the neighbours, and the block are all on great terms with each other. But like most people in London we all live busy lives outside the house too! Keeping on top of the cleaning and respecting the shared spaces is really important to us, and we have a good rhythm going at the moment that makes it a lovely place to be for everyone.

About the gaff
The flat has 4 bedrooms total - we only fill 3 of them, and keep the smallest room as a spare room.

There are 2 bathrooms (one with a huge bath!) and we have a pantry room for all our food bits and bobs, and the usual fridges (x2), freezer, washing machine + dishwasher. There's some places in the building to stash a bike, and there's a little courtyard out the back too.

We are a 6 min walk from the overgound, and the 55, 106 and 254 go from the top of the road. Plus lots of limes nearby!

About the room
The room we have up for grabs is a really light double room tucked away on its own side of the flat. Being that side means the bedroom doesn't share a wall with anyone, and you're not above/below any other bedrooms. It has plenty of space for a double bed, desk, 2x chest of drawers and it has a hanging rail for clothes. Plus it has lots of storage behind the bed for bigger bits like suitcases etc. There's a bathroom right by it that tends to have the sole use of whoever takes the bedroom.

Costs
Rent is split differently across the rooms, with bills equal per person.
Rent is £1700 for this room, with bill at £90pp.
