Very spacious room in London fields - short let

Hi all!

I am moving out and am looking for someone to sublet my room for the month of october. The rent is £1162 including bills but I’m happy to negotiate if you would be taking the room for the whole month. As i’ve just moved out, I’ve removed most of the furniture in the room, but you would still have access to a large desk and I would arrange for a mattress + bedding. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern and we like to keep the flat clean, so someone aligned with those values would be ideal.

The two remaining flatmates are James and Rebecca, who are respectively from Oxford and Germany. Ideally, we would like someone friendly and open minded.

They enjoy art, pottery interesting conversations and cinema, and would be down to hang out a bit as well with the person in the room.

The flat is a short walk from London fields station, broadway market, bus stops, and a few grocery store options.
