I’m looking to sublet my lovely room for about 2 months from the 19th of November (dates can be flexible), with potential to extend to a full contract. Rent is £1114 a month and bills are about £50 on top. It is a double room, fully set up for home working and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.
My Two fab housemates are both mid twenty’s and genuinely a joy to live with, so would be looking for someone who would fit the vibe.
The flat is just off wells street with pubs, bars, cafes (the most amazing bagel shop over the road) and a Tescos super store all within about a mins walk. Wells street common, Victoria park and London fields all with a 10 min walk. There is also broadway market and Colombia flower market super close and on every weekend!
Our nearest stations are Homerton and London fields.
