Ciao :) I am Gabriele 31, originally from Italy and I work in finance.

I am looking for a new flatmate/friend to join me in our 95 sq. ft. 2 bed 2 bath close to Farringdon.

The room is comes equipped with a double bed, a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, working desk and its own separate bathroom with a bathtub.

Rent for this room is £1375 pcm.
Bills approximately £175 per person per month, covering council tax, electricity, water and Broadband.

About me I’m a 31 y. o. professional working in finance, currently working 4/5 days in office.
I’m from Italy but have called London my home for the last 3.5 years.
I am sociable and I like cooking, fitness, sport (mainly football, Formula 1, Tennis), eating out and spending quality time with friends.

Move-in Date: I’m looking for someone to move in ideally from mid June, but we can have some flexibility across all month and could accommodate.
