We are living in the flat together for over 5 years and our housemate is moving out.

We are seeking for an easy going flatmate (professional or student),who has a wide range of interests and who is social.

The flat is a five-minute walk from Farringdon and Angel tube stations (Central, H&C, Metropolitan & Northern lines) and also a short walk from St Pancras / Kings Cross (12 minutes).

The area is amazingly well-served with buses that take you to Covent Garden, Piccadilly, Green Park, Victoria, Kings Cross, Paddington, Liverpool Street, as well as Old Street, Hackney and Dalston.

Our flatmate is moving out on the 9th of August but she is flexible and will consider moving earlier if you want the room ASAP.
