I’m looking for a student to take over my Standard Studio at Yugo Therese House (EC1A 4JH) as my study plans have changed.

The studio is fully self-contained with a private bathroom and kitchen. It’s furnished, comfortable and very convenient for living alone. All bills are included in the rent.

Location:
• 2 min walk to Barbican Station
• 5 min walk to Farringdon Station
• Around 15 mins to UCL main campus
• Elizabeth Line direct to Stratford/UCL East and Heathrow Airport
• Thameslink direct to Gatwick Airport

Therese House has a 24/7 reception, parcel collection, maintenance service, common room and laundry facilities. They also regularly provide free snacks and organise social events for residents.

Rent: £500/week

This is an official tenancy takeover through Yugo, not a private sublet. The new tenant must be a student and meet Yugo’s eligibility requirements.
