I have a good sized double room available in a large apartment between Farringdon & Chancery Lane stations. Easy to walk everywhere, but very quiet, as it’s tucked away on a square just off Leather Lane market. A 10 min walk to Covent Garden, St Paul’s and GOSH / Queens Square.

You would be sharing the apartment with me and my house cat, Camembert. I’m friendly but quiet and Camembert is gentle and mainly keeps to himself.

The monthly rent includes bills, but the shared cost of a weekly cleaner would be an additional cost paid directly to her.

It's very important to me that I live in a clean and tidy environment and this must be important to you too.

The room has a small double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The lounge & bedroom are bright as they're south facing.

The lounge is comfortable and there’s a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer etc. There are two toilets and a shared bathroom (with a bath and shower over the bath, which has excellent water pressure.) I have the Honeywell heating system, which can be adjusted room by room and controlled remotely. I also have a video doorbell and good broadband.

My front door opens onto a large communal balcony where I keep several bee & butterfly friendly plants in pots.
