Hi everyone,

I am going into my 3rd year at UCL and looking for a male university student to take over a double bedroom in my flat in Old Street for the upcoming academic year. This is a strictly 1-year replacement, as my current flatmate is doing a year abroad and will be returning to the flat after next year.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and separate clothes dryer; water bills are included in the rent :)

The Room: Large double room with plenty of storage, natural light, and a large L-shaped desk for whatever you need.

Tube & Bus: Just an 8-minute walk to Old Street Station and A bus stop is located nearby making transport towards central easy.

Amenities: Multiple grocery stores and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away, as well as a 24/7 convenience store opposite the building.

- City St George’s, University of London: ~10-15 min walk (Clerkenwell & Moorgate campuses are practically on our doorstep).

- UCL (University College London): ~13 mins (Direct on the Northern Line from Old Street to Euston).

- KCL (King's College London) & LSE: ~20-25 mins via direct bus or a quick tube connection.

- London Metropolitan University (Shoreditch/Aldgate): ~10-15 min walk.
