We are looking for a flatmate for a large double room in our lovely 3 bedroom flat near Old Street from October 10th.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and storage bedside cupboards, with plenty of space for a workdesk and chair. The rent is £1205pcm, and heating and hot water is included in the rent (which is fantastic for the winter months). All other bills estimate around £120. There is also loads of storage throughout the flat, and a large living room, kitchen and balcony.

The flat is in Zone 1 and is extremely well-connected, with several bus stops in front of the building, and Old Street being a 2min walk! Downstairs in the building there is an Aldi, Co-Op, M&S Food Hall, Superdrug, Post Office and Pharmacy. The flat is a 10-15min walk from Shoreditch which has loads of restaurants, bars and cafes, and is also a 10 min walk to Liverpool Street and a 15 min walk to Bank!

You will be sharing the flat with 2 other girls in their mid-20s who are both working professionals working in tech and corporate. We are both very clean, responsible and respectful of people’s space but always up for a chat and fun flatmate activities.
